Youth and wbc
At Woodbury Baptist we seek to build community by creating a space for students to grow in their love and knowledge of God. We desire to partner with parents to help nurture the faith of their kids through Bible-based teaching, meaningful relationships, and community service and outreach opportunities. That’s why we design our teaching to be relevant to their lives. We often openly discuss, with class participation, current events. We do this through Sunday Connection Groups, Wednesday mid-week programming, Events and Retreats. We believe there is always room for one more!
Wednesday Nights | 6:00 -7:15 PM ~ September – May
The Youth Group meets Wednesday Nights for a time of teaching, small groups, games, and youth-led worship! We will be understanding God’s relationship with us, in today’s world. This is an opportunity for students (6th-12th grade) to connect with God and connect with each other.
Sunday Morning| 11:00-12:00 PM
During the Second Hour on Sundays, our youth meet and discuss the sermon from the day’s First-Hour worship service and other relevant current events effecting today’s youth. We will lead the youth to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the faith that has been passed down to us from Jesus and his apostles.
