Mission trips sponsored
by the Mission Board offer opportunities for individuals and families of all ages to be
involved in work/mission trips. Recent trips have included youth
mission trips to Ruiz and Tecate, Mexico, and trips for all ages to the
Murrow Indian Children's Home, Kentucky, Appalachia, and Montana. In
2007 our youth will return to Mexico and adults
and families will return to Murrow Home.
Loves and Fishes has become an important tradition of serving
the hungry of St. Paul. On the 3rd Monday of every other month, volunteers grocery shop, cook, service, and clean
up for persons in that neighborhood.
The Christian Cupboard, a local food shelf in Woodbury, is
heavily supported financially and by volunteers who staff this weekly
ministry to the hungry.

with other churches in the Twin Cities, a week
at a time, to staff an overflow shelter from
5:00 PM until 7:00 AM each day.
Caring Hearts for Homeless People is a
ministry where WBC parishioners provide
medication, hygiene items, and other supplies to
be given to the homeless.
The Prayer Shawl Ministry
is a
ministry to members and friends of our church
going through difficult times. Shawls are
knit by volunteers who pray, as they knit, for
the person to whom the shawl will be gifted.
Woodbury Baptist church supports a number of American
